Cookie policy
How cookies and similar technologies are used on the Law Office's website.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on the user's device while using the website. They allow the site to function correctly and to remember selected preferences.
Scope of use
Once analytics consent has been given, Google Analytics 4 stores first-party cookies in your browser under the kancelariaszablowski.pl domain. Their configured lifetime is 365 days. Without that consent the tool is not loaded and no such cookies are created.
Analytics cookies are stored, and information stored on your terminal equipment is accessed, only after consent has been obtained, in accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
The site does not use cookies for advertising or marketing purposes, and it does not use Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar marketing tools.
The location map on the contact page is a third-party component (Mapbox) retrieved automatically as the location section approaches the visible area of the screen. No click or other interaction is required.
Once loaded, your browser may store map resources — script, stylesheet, tiles and fonts — in its cache and in browser storage. These are technical mechanisms that serve to display the map; they are not cookies, and the site does not use them to recognise or track users. Until the page is scrolled to the map section the component is not retrieved, and none of these entries is created.
On the contact page the form is protected by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam mechanism. Its script is retrieved from Cloudflare servers when you open the contact page, before the form is filled in. Through that connection Cloudflare may receive your IP address together with technical data about the request and the browser, and the component may store in your browser the data needed to assess whether the form is being completed by a human. These mechanisms serve to protect against abuse; they are not used for marketing or profiling. On the remaining pages of the site the component is not retrieved.
Analytics consent
On your first visit the site asks whether you consent to analytics. Until consent is given, the analytics tool is not loaded. Declining does not restrict your use of the site.
Your decision is stored locally in your browser and remains in effect for 365 days. You can change it at any time using the Cookie settings button in the footer of every page. After consent is withdrawn, the site stops sending new analytics events and attempts to remove the analytics cookies available to it. After the page is reloaded, Google Analytics is no longer activated.
Managing cookies
Cookie settings can be changed at any time in your web browser — including restricting or deleting them. Restricting the necessary files may affect how the website is displayed.
Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy policy.
