The practice of the Law Office covers tax, commercial, civil, corporate and financial matters, as well as white-collar and fiscal criminal matters. Support includes ongoing legal advice and representation in audits, disputes, and proceedings before authorities and courts.
Support in matters where the assessment of tax consequences, the position presented to the tax authority or the risk of fiscal criminal liability is decisive — from ongoing analysis and written submissions to representation in tax audits, tax proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts, as well as defence in fiscal criminal matters.

Support in matters involving banking law, financial law and capital markets — including the analysis of banking, brokerage, investment and transaction documentation, matters relating to financial products and instruments, and representation in disputes with financial institutions.

- representation in disputes with banks, brokerage houses and other financial institutions.
Representation in civil and commercial matters concerning the performance of contracts, settlements between the parties, damages and claims between businesses — including an assessment of litigation risk and possible dispute scenarios.

- a dispute over remuneration, commission payment or a final settlement after the performance of a contract;
- a dispute concerning the quality, scope or timeliness of services, deliveries or works performed;
- a challenge to a set-off, a contractual penalty, the withholding of part of the remuneration or a deposit;
- withdrawal from a contract, termination of a contract or a dispute over the consequences of ending the cooperation;
- pursuing or defending against claims for damages.
Scope of support
- preparing pre-litigation correspondence, statements of claim, responses to a statement of claim and further procedural documents;
- assessing the possible scenarios, costs and risks of a dispute;
- analysis of the other party’s position and the evidence;
- representation before the courts and participation in mediation and settlement negotiations.
Support in criminal matters relating to business activity, transaction documentation, settlements between entities and decisions made by persons responsible for the business.

- a criminal matter concerning commercial activity, the documentation of transactions, the disposal of a company’s assets or actions taken in relation to counterparties or creditors;
- the need to file a notice of a suspected business-related offence or to act in the proceedings as an injured party;
- a business owner, board member or another person connected with the business is summoned for questioning in a white-collar criminal matter;
- criminal proceedings connected with running a business after charges have been brought, an indictment has been filed with the court, or at the trial stage.

- representation of injured parties, including businesses, and subsidiary prosecutors taking part in criminal proceedings;
- participation in questioning, hearings and trials;
