Advocate
I am an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. I completed my legal traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association and passed the advocate examination. I hold a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. I also hold a degree in mathematics, specialising in financial mathematics.
I further developed my professional background through the “Business Law” programme, focused on the legal aspects of business operations. I deepened my interest in tax and financial law during the “Financial Law and Treasury (Master’s)” programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. This background was complemented by classes in the art of argumentation at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw.
The combination of legal training and mathematical education helps me apply the law with precision — by clearly defining the problem, verifying assumptions, identifying connections between facts and building arguments based on a logical structure. As a result, case strategy is not based on intuition, but on structured analysis.
I gained professional experience in law offices recognised in industry rankings, working on cases involving complex facts, legal and tax risk assessment, and the precise translation of findings into argumentation and case strategy. An important complement to this path was my work in a legal clinic, which also allowed me to see the legal profession from the perspective of assisting people facing difficult situations.
My practice focuses on tax, commercial, civil, corporate, financial, white-collar and fiscal criminal matters. It includes ongoing legal support, legal analyses and written submissions, risk assessment, and representation of clients before authorities and courts.
I approach each matter individually — taking into account its circumstances, the client’s objective and the possible consequences of the decisions being considered. I present the available options, the risks associated with them and the recommended course of action in a clear manner.

I begin by understanding the problem and organising the material. Only then is it possible to assess the risks reliably, prepare a position and identify the recommended course of action.

I start by determining the nature of the problem, the circumstances that matter and the objective the client wants to achieve — without relying on a ready-made template.

I present possible scenarios and their consequences — including those that may be inconvenient.

I make sure that the facts, documents and arguments form a logical whole and support the position adopted in the matter.

After presenting the available options, I indicate the course of action that I consider best justified in light of the client’s objective, the risks and the case material.
